The Arcane Sanctuary has four main pathways, each one with its own intricacies, such as different groups of monsters, or various portals that will send you to different places within that specific path. Here you have to look for a powerful mage called the Summoner, which you have to defeat in order to get access to the Canyon of the Magi. Right after you finish the last quest you will access the Arcane Sanctuary, a place out of the usual plane, full of monsters of magical nature.
Unlocked By: Reaching the Arcane Sanctuary at the end of the last quest and then talking to Deckard Cain, or go and face the Summoner, which will activate the quest automatically.
